Begin the first half of class warming up with a dynamic Vinyasa flow, and enjoy a long cool down of restorative poses. In the Vinyasa half you'll move in and out of yoga poses, carefully connecting breath to movement in an active practice to build heat, strength and mental focus. In the Restore half you'll gently soften the body using props and and remain in each pose allowing the body to release. All levels welcome.
C2 - Heated Power Vinyasa

A Sensory Meditation Journey Through Sicily with DeShauna and Sharon
A Sunday Morning in Sicily (From Your Living Room)
Close your eyes. Imagine the warmth of golden Baroque limestone under your hand and the scent of fresh citrus in the air.
The world is heavy, but your nervous system deserves a sanctuary. Join me and my retreat co-lead Sharon on Sunday, June 14th at 9am PST for "A Sensory Meditation Journey Through Sicily" a free, 60-minute virtual sensory meditation journey.
This is a participatory experience designed to transport you straight to the south coast of Sicily (where Sharon has lived since 2019). We’ll practice the art of slow living through guided sensory visualizations of local markets, morning shala practices, and Mediterranean sunsets.
Following the meditation, we’ll host a 15-20 minute Q&A about our upcoming all-inclusive Sicily Yoga & Culture Retreat this Sept 28 - Oct 5, 2026. We’ll cover everything from room selections at our boutique villa to travel logistics, or just chat about the local lifestyle.

Vinyasa Flow
This dynamic class, carefully connecting breath to movement, creates an active sequence linking poses. Vinyasa flow is designed to build heat, strength and mental focus. Each teacher creates their own unique sequence - and will teach to help all the different levels of students in the room. Classes will range from an active and vigorous pace to a more gentle flow. Though this is an All-levels class, in order to keep with the dynamic pace, good familiarity with sun salutations and warrior poses is required.

Relax deeply in this 75-minute candlelight yin yoga class suitable for all levels. Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. The poses are held longer to help restore and relax the body. Yin yoga calms the nervous system and reduces cortisol levels, also known as stress hormones.
Both yin (long-held stretches) and restorative poses (fully supported and calming) are offered so you leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and at ease.
